Elgin

For this project we did a junk out, replaced flooring, replaced new windows, replaced furnace, installed air conditioning, added 2 bedrooms, added egress windows, added downstairs bath, replaced appliances, installed new light fixtures, painted cabinets, added hardware and added the laundry room. We were able to take a home with so much potential and make it a very desirable dwelling.
